How do I return an order? 

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us for replacement. Just send us an email within 7 days of receipt with “ORDER NUMBER – RETURN REQUEST” as the subject line at info@hijabhouse.com. We will only honor returns if the product is unworn and kept in its original packaging with the original tag as *It should also be in the same brand box you received. On the other hand, customised orders cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Important! Delivery charges will be borne by the customer (you) when you’re requesting for a return.

What are your payment options? 

We accept online payments on our website (for both international and UAE orders) and cash on delivery (only for orders from Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman).

How can I process my refund?

What are the customization charges & time required?

If you wish to customize any of our existing designs/products, the starting customization charges are 70aed. If it’s a design that you would like us to craft from scratch, a quotation will be provided to you via email or mobile. 

Please note that all charges vary depending on the type of customization you want.

Where is my order? How can I track the status of my order?

You can track your order at any time by navigating to Orders (under the My Account section of our website).You’ll see a history of your purchases, estimated shipping times and the current status of pending orders.

 Also by navigating to Order tracking (Under Account information section which is located on the footer of the page. You’ll have to enter your Order ID and billing email address. 

 

What are your hours of operation?

Our website never closes – you are free to purchase 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Our Customer Service team is available telephonically 24/7.

For special or order related enquiries, our office hours are: 

Saturday-Thursday: 10:00am-19:00pm

Friday: Closed

Public holidays: Closed

 

Why was my order cancelled?

The most common reasons for cancelled orders are:

The transaction was unsuccessful due to the payment method used; 

  1. If we suspect the order of being fraudulent. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse to fulfill any order that we suspect of being fraudulent. This includes, but is not limited to, instances of suspected stolen credit cards and abuse of promo/offer incentives. 
  2. On occasion, hijabhouse may request documentation to complete the necessary fraud checks. hijabhouse may cancel any order where the necessary documentation is not provided in a timely manner (usually within 24 hours). 
  3. In the event of a fraudulent purchase being placed on HijabHouse, cardholders will be advised to initiate a chargeback via their bank in order to be refunded. HijabHouse does not process refunds for orders suspected of fraud.

 

Can I change or edit my order?

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we will be  unable to make any changes to it.

However, if it has not been processed well within the 24 hours period, we can accommodate the request, as you can contact our customer service team. 

Can I cancel my order?

Once the order has been placed, it can be cancelled by reaching our contact center. Please note that orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. If the order has been processed, we will be unable to cancel the order. 

Can I order by phone?

You can place an order by calling our call centre during our working hours.

 

How do I choose the right size? I am unsure about product/garment sizes
