What are the delivery charges? 

A delivery charge of AED 25 will be applied for orders placed within the United Arab Emirates. For orders placed within the GCC region, an amount of AED 15 will be charged in addition to the standard delivery charge.  

Important!  Please note that for International orders which are outside the GCC region are subject to customs duty charges which will be communicated by the courier company. 

How long does the delivery take? 

For orders placed within the UAE, the estimated delivery time is 3-4 working days. However, for abaya’s which require customizations as per your preference, the estimated delivery time would be 5-6 working days or more, depending on the request. 

For orders placed within the GCC, your order will be processed within 1-2 working followed by an estimated delivery time of 6-7working days. 

For orders placed outside the GCC region, the estimated delivery time is 6-17 working days.

Can my purchase be delivered to me within 24-hours? 

If your purchase is immediately available in stock, we will be able to have it delivered to you within a span of 24-Hours at an additional charge of AED 35. Please note that the standard delivery charge of AED 25 will also be applied.

How do I place an order? 

 To add an item to your cart, select the product you would like to purchases, choose your preferred size, and click the “add to cart” button. You may view our size chart to confirm your size.

Proceed to the payment option, here you can choose from ‘Cash on Delivery’ (this method of payment applicable only for orders across Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman) and Pay Online. 

Do you accept international orders? 

HijabHouse accepts both local and international orders.

To place an international order:

STEP 1 – Proceed by placing an order with complete address and contact details

STEP 2 – Choose ‘Pay Online’ (pay using your credit/debit card)

STEP 3 – As soon as we receive your order, a thank you email will be sent to you with your order details. 

What are your payment options? 

We accept online payments on our website (for both international and UAE orders) and cash on delivery (only for orders from Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman).

What are the customization charges & time required?

If you wish to customize any of our existing designs/products, the starting customization charges are 70aed. If it’s a design that you would like us to craft from scratch, a quotation will be provided to you via email or mobile. 

Where is my order? How can I track the status of my order?

You can track your order at any time by navigating to Orders (under the My Account section of our website).You’ll see a history of your purchases, estimated shipping times and the current status of pending orders.

 Also by navigating to Order tracking (Under Account information section which is located on the footer of the page. You’ll have to enter your Order ID and billing email address. 

Can I change or edit my order?

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we will be  unable to make any changes to it.

However, if it has not been processed well within the 24 hours period, we can accommodate the request, as you can contact our customer service team. 

Can I cancel my order?

Once the order has been placed, it can be cancelled by reaching our contact center. Please note that orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. If the order has been processed, we will be unable to cancel the order. 

Can I order by phone?

You can place an order by calling our call centre during our working hours.

How do I choose the right size? I am unsure about product/garment sizes

Our payment methods include: Cash-on-Delivery, Online payment  and Bank Transfer
