How do I place an order?

To add an item to your cart, select the product you want, choose a size, and click the “add to cart” button. You may view our Size chart to confirm your size.

Proceed to the payment option, here you can choose from ‘Cash On Delivery‘ (this method of payment applicable only for orders across UAE) and Pay Online. 

To place An online order follow the steps below,

STEP 1 – Proceed by placing an order with complete address and contact details

STEP 2 – Choose ‘Pay Online’ (pay using your credit/debit card) or Cash on delivery 

STEP 3 – As soon as we receive your order, a thank you email will be sent to you with your order details. 

 

What are your payment options?

We accept online payments on our website and cash on delivery. For all International Orders, we only accept Online Payment.

Do you accept international orders?

Hijab House accepts both local and international orders.
To place an international order,

STEP 1 – Proceed by placing an order with complete address and contact details

STEP 2 – Choose ‘Pay Online’ (pay using your credit/debit card)

STEP 3 – As soon as we receive your order, a thank you email will be sent to you with your order details. 

How long before I receive my order?

Once we’ve confirmed your order, onhand orders take 1 to 3 business days to deliver if you are in the UAE. Custom-made orders, on the other hand, may take 3 to 5 business days if the shipping address is in the UAE.

What is the estimated delivery time for international shipment?

Once the order is placed and the online payment gateway is cleared, it takes 1-2 working days for the order to be processed and 5-7 working days to deliver an international shipment.

Return Information

How do I return an item?

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us for replacement. Just send us an email within 7 days of receipt with “ORDER NUMBER – RETURN REQUEST” as the subject line at info@hijabhouse.ae. We will only honour returns if the product is unworn and kept in its original packaging with the original tag and *It should also be in the same brand box you received.

What are the return policies?

You have 7 days to request for a refund via e-mail:info@hijabhouse.ae with order number and return request. All products must be returned unworn and in the same packaging it came with.
